Terms and Agreements
By Registering for Peris Riding School you are authorizing PERIS LLC. to charge your credit card or other form of payment for a riding school. In doing so you are accepting that PERIS LLC., Peris Riding School and all staff involved is not responsible for any incident that may happen to you, your motorcycle or property during instruction or anywhere within the track's facilities. In Registering you hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of the related event whether caused by negligence or o
otherwise. You hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue PERIS LLC. and release them from all liability.Cancelation Policy
Cancelation received 10 days or more before the event will be refunded their tuition minus $50 or a full credit for a future school.
Cancelation received 9 days or less before an event will be issues a full credit for a future school.
Peris Riding School will not issue refunds due to mechanical problems, crashes or any loss of track time.
Peris Riding School rides rain or shine no refunds will be issued due to weather.
Peris Riding School reserves the right to refuse any one from participating in the school at any time for any reason.
Peris Riding School reserves the right to cancel an event 7 days prior to the event.
